Terms & Conditions MyChooz is a trading name of Tel Choice Limited, a company registered in England (Company Registration 6242735) Ordering Prices of the products are shown in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT of 17.5%. The confirmation e-mail sent on acceptance of an on-line order is acknowledgement of receipt of the order only, and is not necessarily a confirmation of availability of the product. You can pay by MasterCard, Visa, American Express credit cards, as well as Switch, Solo and Delta debit cards. Credit and Debit cards are generally debited before items are shipped. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated. Orders are not deemed accepted until they are dispatched with a bona fide delivery note. Delivery MyChooz endeavours to arrange shipping of all orders within 72 hours. Delivery will take place within 7 working days, but is usually within 2-5 working days depending upon the Royal Mail where appropriate. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries, but will endeavour to notify you of any delays. Goods may be delivered in instalments. Please note no guarantee can be made on delivery timing. Returns If the item arrives damaged, or is faulty, please e-mail customerservice@mychooz.co.uk, stating the nature of the problem. We will then liaise with you to arrange for return of the product, either for an exchange or a refund, as per the manufacturers guarantee. MyChooz offers a 7 day customer satisfaction money back guarantee from the date of delivery. A contract can be cancelled by customer through notification in writing / e-mail up to 7 working days from delivery. If the product remains unopened MyChooz reserve the right to charge a 5% administration fee or £6 fee, deducted from any refund. If the product has been opened MyChooz reserve the right to charge a 12% administration fee or £15 fee, deducted from any refund. You must send a notice of cancellation by email to customerservice@mychooz.co.uk ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number. Product specification Every effort made to ensure that the product specifications are completely accurate, but errors can occur. Illustrations & colours are representative, and sizes are approximate. MyChooz is not liable for any loss or damage arising from any variation in manufacturer's specifications or technical data. Prices We reserve the right to adjust prices before delivery, with prior notification but only if outside the company's control. Complaints To register a complaint, please contact MyChooz by e-mail or write to us at MyChooz, PO Box 56242, London, N4 2TE. Give details of your complaint including any relevant information such as dates, times etc. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days. Every effort will be made to resolve complaints within as short a time as possible. Actual time will depend on nature of complaint and co-operation of third party, if applicable. Liability MyChooz do not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services. MyChooz will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them. MyChooz do not accept any liability whatsoever for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the MyChooz website or for any products or services purchased from MyChooz or any other damage howsoever caused.
